THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before we
get growing.

Who pays for hosting and the domain?

You contract and pay your hosting and domain providers directly, using your own account and payment details. We help you choose a suitable setup and configure the initial launch. Renewals remain under your control.

What do you need from us?

Your goals, reference websites, brand assets and page content. For 3D projects, we also review product references, models and the options you want to show. If you need help creating assets or copy, we quote that work separately.

How are prices and payments agreed?

After an initial conversation, we prepare a proposal with the scope, project fee and payment milestones. We agree these with you before work starts. Third-party costs are identified separately.

When does the timeline start?

We confirm the schedule once the scope, required materials and start conditions are agreed. Feedback delays, new requirements or missing assets can affect delivery; we discuss any changes with you.

What counts as a revision?

Each revision round covers a maximum of 1 hour of work on the agreed scope. If a revision requires more than 1 hour, the additional time is charged at £90 per hour. We will let you know and ask for approval before carrying out the extra work. The number of included rounds is stated in your proposal. New pages, features or a change of direction are quoted separately.

Is maintenance included?

Maintenance is separate from the initial build. Bloom Care costs £60/month + VAT, Bloom Growth £100/month + VAT and Bloom Partner £220/month + VAT. Hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are not included.

Are these four upgrade tiers?

Each package includes the pages and configurators listed above. The 3D Product Configurators and Complete Digital Experience packages each include one 3D page plus one separate configurator. Additional pages, configurators or features are quoted separately.
